In this first session, you have the opportunity to get to know me and to give me an impression of your issues.
Individual meetings last about 50 minutes, couple, family and group meetings about 100 minutes. For the consequent meetings we can set either the duration or flexible handle -depending on actual need for discussion.

Expenses
The fee depends on the duration and your income (self assessment) and is usually
- between 60,- € and 120,- € per 50 minutes,
- between 80,- € and 130,- € per 50 minutes for supervision and coaching in the career sector.
Also in the first session change processes should be encouraged. So you may have a benefit from this appointment, even if you decide not to proceed or if you can resolve your concerns in one meeting. Therefore I charge the normal rate for this appointment, too.
The costs are not reimbursed by public health insurance. Some private supplementary insurance cover the costs of psychotherapy, depending on your rate in whole or partially.
Money shouldn't be an obstacle to get counseling! If you are a student, unemployed, retired, or if you have to live with very low income, we will find a solution together.
